The Blossum Wholesale Fund operates under a Portfolio Investment Entity (PIE) structure — a NZ-regulated fund vehicle with defined tax treatment.
For eligible NZ investors, tax is applied at your Prescribed Investor Rate (PIR), capped at 28%. PIE income is taxed within the fund at your PIR rather than your personal rate — which can be tax-efficient for investors on higher marginal rates.
